I loved the spacious bay view room! The bed was super comfy for relaxing after exploring downtown. The only downside was the small view from the porthole. 👍

Comfortable stay with friendly staff but street noise was a bit much.

The king room was decent-sized and super cozy, and I had a nice view from the big windows. The bed was really comfortable, which was a plus! But there wasn’t much outdoor space to chill, and the area felt a bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people. It made me feel uneasy walking around outside, but the overall vibe was okay. The hotel had some charm, though.

Their cold cuts and culinary concoctions are pure fire. On top of that, the staff were super friendly—shoutout to valet and room service for being champs. Plus, the water views from my room were a total vibe.
The bistro closed earlier than we hoped, leaving us snack-less—bummer! And while the sheets were clean, they could have used a little smoothing.

Super comfy stay with a fab view!
The room was spacious and had this killer view through those big windows. Staff were super nice and always ready to help. The Bistro was a cozy spot for snacks. Just wish the area outside felt a bit safer, especially at night.

would stay here again
Spent 1 night in a King Room with Sofa Bed. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a comfy sofa bed. The TV pulled out for easy viewing, and the bathroom featured a big shower. The location was super convenient for walking to restaurants and Lumen Field. Snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the lobby. Nice touches like big glass windows and the cozy vibe made it enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Oct 02spacious roomgreat locationnoisy environment
The room offers a comfortable setup with ample space for relaxing after long days exploring the area. Close proximity to restaurants and shops makes it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a nice dinner without trekking too far.
The overall noise insulation isn’t great. Dim lighting in some areas can make it tough to get things done if you need to work or read. Also, parking and valet situations can feel hit-or-miss, as the service is from a third-party, which might leave you dealing with any issues on your own.

Staying with my son's family was a memorable experience, especially enjoying the delicious food at the restaurant and the spacious room we had. The location was excellent for our trip, making it easy to walk to attractions like the waterfront.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel could improve the cleanliness of the pool area and provide more activities for kids.

great location but some improvements needed
The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We appreciated the unique character provided by the old mailbox in the lobby.
The overall decor felt somewhat dated for a modern hotel.
